5. Reason for cancellation

The tender procedure is cancelled on the basis of point 2.6.13 of PRAG (the economic or technical data of the project have fundamentally changed). In particular, because of significant changes in the economic situation and, in particular, the increased inflation on an annual basis of 17.60% (October 2021 to October 2022), it was found that the budgeted funds, at the beginning of 2022, are insufficient for the full and correct implementation of the planned activities in the terms of reference of the announced procedure.

Should a new tender procedure be launched for this project, a new contract notice will be published, unless the contracting authority awards the contract through a negotiated procedure – in which case only the award of the contract will be published.
