To promote the attractiveness of Bulgaria for young and talented people and develop opportunities for their education and career. To provide an environment for the exchange of information and good practices and transfer of experience with an emphasis on training, international cooperation and social dialogue; To support the training and education related to cultural heritage, tourist resources and natural resources, environmental protection, etc.; To implement effective strategies and practices to enhance professional and career development, developing various project initiatives (courses, seminars, trainings, conferences, consulting, information, psychological, educational, language and other services); To support the professional qualification in different areas in order to increase the competitiveness of human resources; To support the professional and social integration of disadvantaged socio-economic situation; To promote new technologies in the field of training and practice , including "learning for life " formal and informal vocational training " on the job training " and others;
