Trainings on Beneficiary Portal held in Serbia

Two trainings on Beneficiary portal, for the management team members of projects funded under the First call of Interreg-IPA Cross-border cooperation Programme Bulgaria – Serbia, were held in Serbia, in Nis, on January 17th and 18th, and were attended by 62 participants. Lecturer for the training was a representative of the Managing Authority.

The trainings covered the following topics related to insertion of data in the Beneficiary portal:

• Procurement, tender announcement and contract information;
• List of contractors, individual data;
• Invoices and invoice items;
• Invoice reports and request for payments;
• Project progress report.

Feedback of the training was received from 49 participants - 32 participants were highly satisfied with the training, 13 were rather satisfied, 3 participants did not know how to rate the trainings, whereas 1 participant rated the the training as rather unsatisfactory.

Interactive online training on Beneficiary portal will be held for all Beneficiaries in the following weeks.
